Wsalam, i am not from either of the places that you have mentioned, but if you're referring to the Naqshabandi taweez which says Allahu Haq in the middle then why don't you just print the image of the taweez out and wrap it in leather, it will be just the same as one you can buy

It is the same taweez just folded and wrapped in leather, it was given to our Grandsheikh QS by Sayyidina Muhammad SAW.
