Alhamdulillah... `alayhim ajma`een. Ayyuha al muminun al hadiroon—muhsinoon! O Muslims, believers we have been honored that we have remembered and observed the holy birthday of s in last month of Rabi`a al-Awwal this will remind us how much Allah swt was generous with us to create us from Ummat an-Nabi (s).
Allah said: “You were the best Ummah sent to humanity calling for good and preventing badness.” Today we have to also think about the verse: If you really love Allah follow me, (it means follow my way, my sunnah) Allah will love you. And the Prophet (s) showed us in many hadith how to come to Allah swt and to his beloved Prophet with what he said it has to affect it has its own effect on us-
Ibn `Umar (ra) said, “I heard the Prophet (s) give khutba speaking, advising the people. He said, ‘O people don’t forget the azimatayni, the two great major events, things in your life everyone will face it. If we forget we are losers. If we don’t forget we are winners. Sahaaba wanted to hear they asked what are these two great things? He said, “al-jannatu wan-naar - heaven and hellfire.’”
One day you are going to be asked what we have done and Allah swt is going to judge us. All prophets will be trembling in Allah's Presence coming to the Prophet (s) to ask for his intercession. People ...Allah ...saying there is punishment you have to balance them heaven and naar. Then prophet mentioned dhakara ma dhakar - means no limit of what he mentioned, then he began to cry - I swear by Allah if you know from knowledge of akhira what I know you would have left the city and run to the sa`eed- away from people - it was the dessert in that time--roaming around asking Allah forgiveness. you would have thrown dust on your head from this feeling of fear from Allah swt. When someone dies in a house everyone is crying- what about the Day of Judgment?
Abi Rayhana said, “I heard Sayyidina Muhammad (s) say: ‘no way fire will see someone whom was crying from Allah's love and fear.’”
The tears are very difficult to come from the eyes. The Prophet (s) was always encouraging Sahaaba to have tears. Or someone in Allah’s way fi sabeelillah praying at night, visiting sick person is fi sabeelillah, doing something for Ummah is fi sabeelillah. O Muslims the Prophet (s) was giving us what we need to know and do.
They said to Sayyidina al-Hasan (as), grandson of the Prophet (s), “There are a group of people here whenever they hear the Qur’an or dhikr they cry and when they cry you hear their voices from crying.” He said, “For sure people until Judgment Day as much as they are doing dhikr they are crying; as much as they are reading Qur’an they are crying.”
O Muslims we have to be very careful in our life,... and Allah blessed us to be in presence of our shaykh may Allah give him long life
The Imam of the Naqshbandi Order said, "طريقتنا الصحبة والخير في الجمعية - Tariqatuna as-suhbah wa 'l-khayru fi 'l- jam`iyyah" - “Our way is fellowship, and the goodness is in the gathering”.
Definition of Fellowship:
1. The companionship of individuals in a pleasant atmosphere.
2. A close association of friends sharing similar interests.
