W.Salam sister Saira thank you, yes i tried whirling once for about 5 mins and when i stopped slowly i felt very dizzy :) InshAllah i'll take you advice :)

Asalaamu alaikum Saira, i thought i would share this with you, my sister lives in England and she was also curious about the whirling and she found the videos to be very helpful. If you would like to get started, chose any favourite song, it can even be zirk and start the whirling at home very slowly until you get it right. Only thing to watch for, when you stop, come to a slow pace to end the whirling or start turing clockwise (opposite direction) to bring the energy level down.or you might end up a bit dizzy .. hope this helps...once you do it, you will love it....
