Bismillah Ar Rahmaan Ar Raheem
Aisha Siddiqa(RA) states”Some People from Habasha came ,and they used to come every year and they used to celebrate the day of entrance of Holy Prophet(SAW) into Madina”.As Imam Askalani has stated and elaborated. So celebration of a specific day is also Sunnah of Holy Prophet(SAW).And in this celebration they used to come and play and they used to dance in their traditional manner and they used to play with their staffs ,dancing and playing in a traditional manner in the mosque of Nabawi in front of the door of Holy Prophet (SAW) .And Umm Ul Momeneen Aisha Siddiqa(RA) says: That Holy Prophet asked her “O Aisha, do you want to see them? I replied, Yes Rasoolallah I want to see them .So he stood in front of me and asked me to stand behind him and he opened the door little bit with curtain and said “keep on watching them””.Aisha Sidiqqa(RA) states :”So I watched them with permission of Holy Prophet (SAW)”Then Imam Humaydi ,the Shaykh of Imam Bukhari and Imam Ahmed , the Shaykh of Imam Bukhari and Muslim, they report in their books (Musnad Al Humaydi (vol 1 p.123 #254) and Musnad Ahmed Bin Hanbal(vol 6 p. 116 . 223.) and Imam Askalani relates in Fath Ul Bari (vol 2 page 444): “That while they were dancing and playing with staffs Sayidna Umar (RA) arrived there and he snubbed them and wanted them to stop it (what are u doing in the mosque?).When he snubbed them then Holy Prophet (SAW) said:”O Umar leave them!, let them do whatever they are doing, don’t snub them and don’t stop them from doing that because I want the Jewish people to know that our religion is not based on narrowness, our religion is based on openness and softness, and I have been raised with a religion of ease.
Again another Hadeeth is reported in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim and Hadith is Muttafakh Alai’: (Bukhari, As Sahih ,vol 1p.324 #909 , Muslim As Sahih , Vol 2,p.607-608 #892)
Sayyeda Aisha Siddiqa(RA) reports: There were days of Eid and during the days of Eid two girls from the tribe of Ansar were sitting with me in Holy Prophet’s(SAW) house and they were singing( the beautiful ,historical songs remembering the bravery of Ansars in the earlier days of Buass)and were beating the drums and tambourine and Holy Prophet (SAW) was lying down on his bed(they were not professional singers) ,when Sayidna Abu Bakr(RA) all of a sudden entered the house not noticing Holy Prophet(SAW) lying down, he saw only us and He said “This act of Shaytan is being done in the hose of Holy Prophet (SAW) ?(he said this with anger),then Holy Prophet(SAW) turned his face towards Sayidna Abu Bakr and said “Every nation has its days of Eid and these are our days of Eid”(Leave them and let them do what they are doing, don’t stop them since it is Eid,let them do what they want). So here is a foundation of Sunnah, Eid is a day of happiness, when a day of happiness or pleasure comes you sing the songs of Holy Prophet and beat drums and tambourine. So which is the best day of pleasure and Happiness than the day of Birth of holy Prophet?, The day of Mawlid Of Rasoolallah(SAW)?.So when we remember the Mawlid Of Rasoolallah we sing the songs in Love and Reverence of Holy Prophet, in remembrance of Madina of Holy Prophet and we beat the drums and tambourines because it is a Sunnah of Sayyeda Aisha and Sunnah of Sayyedna Muhammad Mustafa(SAW) which has been mentioned by Bukhari and Muslim. This is how Islam becomes a religion of moderation; this is how Islam accommodates the requirements of human nature and psychology of Human Nature.

The Imam of the Naqshbandi Order said, "طريقتنا الصحبة والخير في الجمعية - Tariqatuna as-suhbah wa 'l-khayru fi 'l- jam`iyyah" - “Our way is fellowship, and the goodness is in the gathering”.
Definition of Fellowship:
1. The companionship of individuals in a pleasant atmosphere.
2. A close association of friends sharing similar interests.
